The 34th INEDITS ANNUAL MEETING – IL CINEMA COME GIOCO
We are pleased to announce that the 34th INEDITS Meetings, organized by the Fondazione Home Movies – Archivio Nazionale del Film di Famiglia will be held from October 22th to 24th 2024, in Bologna (Italy).
We look forward to seeing many of you there!
Playing with the camera is not for everyone, but being young makes filming fun! Kids and teenagers who take possession of the family’s cinematic equipment, partly as a joke, partly as a challenge, seem ready to break the narrative conventions, perhaps drawing inspiration from theatrical cinema but with the light-heartedness of those who are resistant to impositions, rules and to the grammar proposed in the “know-how” manuals.
These early experiences sometimes evolve into collective workshops, where those not behind the camera take on the roles of amateur actors or assist in the filmmaking process.
Attached, you will find the preliminary program for these three days, titled “Il cinema come gioco.” The program includes screenings, workshops, roundtables, project presentations, sponsor sessions, visits, and social gatherings, as well as the customary general assembly of the association.
